The aim of the guide was to celebrate food provenance in Scotland's Tay Country - from fine dining and artisan cocktails to a pie and a pint - and encourage people to shop locally.
I discovered some excellent trivia through this project. For example, did you know that 70% of Scotland's fresh produce is grown within 30 miles of Dundee?
