HELLO

I'm Laura. I'm an illustrator and writer and I live in Dundee, Scotland. I work from a shed in my garden.

I am inspired by stories about people, places and things, and I love delving into familiar and not so familiar topics and sharing what I learn through drawings, and sometimes words.

My playful, hand-drawn illustrations appear in booklets and activity books, as murals and maps, and in my graphic novel, In the Garden at Hospitalfield. I am currently working on a book about the history of the potato.
