I am very excited to announce the upcoming publication of my first book - a graphic novel entitled In the Garden at Hospitalfield.
Written and illustrated during the first UK lockdown, this book stemmed from an artists' residency I undertook at Hospitalfield where, from 2019-20, I ran the Free Drawing School in a project inspired by the historic walled garden.
ABOUT THE BOOK
'In the Garden at Hospitalfield we are led through time from the garden’s medieval origins to the present day. Over eight centuries we meet monks and pilgrims, wealthy families and famous artists, and unearth the plants that helped shape this historic space.'
